TaylorMade Global provides managed WordPress hosting and related services, which may include server infrastructure, security monitoring, backups, performance optimization, software updates, technical support, and platform-specific tools depending on the selected plan.
Services are provided exclusively for WordPress-based websites unless otherwise stated in writing.
Service features vary by plan tier. TaylorMade Global reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue plan features, tools, or infrastructure as necessary to maintain performance, security, or compliance.
Clients will be notified in advance of any material changes that impact pricing or service delivery.
All hosting plans are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in service suspension, limited access, or termination.
TaylorMade Global reserves the right to apply late fees, suspend services, or remove hosted content for accounts more than 10 days past due.
If a domain is included as part of a hosting plan, ownership remains with the client while management is handled by TaylorMade Global for the duration of active service.
If hosting is canceled, the client is responsible for renewing or transferring the domain prior to expiration. TaylorMade Global is not responsible for domain loss due to non-renewal following service termination.

Clients may not host illegal content, malware, phishing pages, spam systems, or activities that compromise server stability or security.
TaylorMade Global performs routine backups based on plan level; however, backups are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
Clients are strongly encouraged to maintain independent backups of their website and data. TaylorMade Global is not liable for data loss resulting from hacking, software conflicts, third-party failures, or user error.
Reasonable measures are taken to maintain uptime, server health, and platform security. However, no hosting environment can guarantee uninterrupted service.
TaylorMade Global is not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, software updates, cyberattacks, or actions beyond its direct control.
Support is provided according to the service plan selected. Scope of support is limited to hosting-related issues and WordPress core functionality.
Custom development, third-party plugin troubleshooting, content edits, or advanced configurations may require additional fees or a separate service agreement.
All client content remains the property of the client. TaylorMade Global retains ownership of proprietary systems, processes, documentation, and hosting configurations.
Clients may not reproduce, resell, or reverse engineer any TaylorMade Global systems or tools.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:
TaylorMade Global may immediately terminate service for violations of these terms, non-payment, or security threats.
TaylorMade Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business interruption.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for hosting services during the previous 30 days.
TaylorMade Global does not guarantee specific traffic, rankings, revenue outcomes, or business results from hosting services.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
TaylorMade Global reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
